After a hit-and-run which destroyed my bumper, I came to Budd's Auto. Every aspect of the service was wonderful. Stephanie and Joe were so helpful and went above and beyond to explain every aspect of the charges and process. They even helped me to coordinate a rental car with Enterprise, which was also an excellent experience. When I picked up my car exactly when they predicted it'd be done, my car looked as good as new! I am so pleased with their work and their service and I would recommend them to anyone for any manner of work. Thank you!
It's not the first time I've used buds auto body, my wife seems to be giving them a test with her BMW. Their work is outstanding and her car is always finished on time or early. I have to confess I've used them on my car also but you would never know. Great job !!!
They did a great job on repairing my car. It was all finished in one weeks time and the convenience of the rental car coming to Budds was great. My car looked brand new. My only complaint was drop off of my car, it had to be a Monday or Tuesday which was not as convenient for me as a Thursday or Friday.
Going to Budd's auto Body a happy ending to an accident. They were helpful, efficient and trustworthy from start to finish. You were made to feel like you turned your vehicle for repair to a trusted family member.
Being relatively new to the area, I haven't had the need to go to a body shop. Today was my first experience at Budd's. The hood of my car wouldn't close. The manager, who was very friendly, took it for less than 10 minutes, and said it just needed to be adjusted. He didn't charge me anything! I had thought I was going to need to buy a new part! Great customer service.
