1. Every staff member from the coaches to the owners care about the members. They continually stress the importance of safety while encouraging members to challenge themselves to be their best. Coaches will even stay well after class has ended to assist a member in improving a particular skill they may be struggling with. I personally have gone from unable to continuously jump rope to being able to regularly complete double unders.
This gym is fantastic! Clean, great classes and the staff couldn't be friendlier!! Jackie goes out of her way to accomate her clients and gets to know them on a personal level! She is very dedicated to the gym and her clients and can feel her positive energy from the second you walk in!
The place is excellent and the owner is very good and professional she is very friendly and helpful and the members they are very nice highly recommended
2. The community of members can not be beaten! There are no clicks, they are supportive of one another, and very very welcoming of new members.
The owner was extremely rude at times. I don't recommend it to friends. Work routine may be good, but in this business is critical those in charge are also emotional intelligent. Learn to work the body language because your job is also to motivate others. BAD EXPERIENCE
3. It's clear Jackie and her team put a lot of thought and effort into their programing, it's challenging but easily scaleable for beginners. If you are unsure of how to complete a movement the coaches will walk you through it .
I have been a member of Limitless since the opening of the facility. I have had the opportunity to participate in classes at various times with various coaches and can say without a doubt the following things.
4. This place is clean all the time!!! Clearly the owners take pride in their facility and strive to maintain it.
This is definitely one of the most welcoming and unintimidating crossfit facilities I've been too. The owners are super warm and do an amazing job of ensuring their members are both happy and safe. Jackie (owner) is always very responsive to my needs, and always has a great attitude! I have also had my kids enrolled in the limitless Camp with Raina (co-owner) who is equally amazing, and now we can't wait for Crossfit kids!
